Juan de Oñate Foundation: Mexico, closer all the time

The Juan de Oñate Foundation was created in February 2002 to promote relations between Mexico and Spain, and between Mexico and the European Union through Spain in areas such as culture, education, training and business cooperation. Baratz has collaborated with the Foundation since it began.
